Installing ERTdesign_ms
========================

To install ERTdesign_ms run the *ERTdesign_ms_setup.exe* file, choose the language for the installation 
steps and follow the instructions. The software is installed in the default directory **C:\\ERTdesign_ms**: 
this allows the user to work without the need to activate *administrator* permissions.
At the end of the installation, run the ERTdesign_ms exe: a shortcut with the software icon
has been added to the desktop.

.. note::
	**You need a valid license to work with ERTdesign_ms**.

	To get a valid ERTdesign_ms license send the **ertdesign_ms_id.txt** file, generated
	at first run and stored under the **license** directory of the installation folder, at ertdesign@fischanger.it.
	You will receive back an **ertdesign_ms_lic.txt** file to be copied into the same directory above, 
	as shown in :numref:`license`.
